Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Michael Oppenheim a month ago

Chris and his co-worker took care of both our cars today. Super polite, worked fast, clean bays. We were greeted right away by both gentlemen, were offered cold bottled water, and escorted into the lobby. This was less than an hour before closing time, but both gentlemen were the epitome of professionalism. This us our go-to for emissions tests, but if Strickland Brothers can offer a co competitive oil change we will come here for that also.

Don’t go here if you’re a young woman coming alone!!! They take advantage and don’t actually give you an oil change. I’ve been here a few times and never thought anything of it. The most recent time, the worker said I could stay in my car, popped the hood open, tinkered around a bit. They think you’re stupid. Started going to a family friend for oil changes & they showed me how my oil looked as if it hadn’t been changed for at least a year. Almost broke my engine.

Came for an emissions test. I was immediately greeted with a cold bottle of water, and it was 93 degrees outside, so very much appreciated!. My service tech was very professional and efficient. I was in and out in no time, and he even went above and beyond the service that I can in for. Would definitely recommend.

Strickland Brothers provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and even went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of to the best of their ability. They took the time to educate me on different types of oils and fluids I was curious about, which I really appreciated. As a returning customer, I can confidently say this is a fantastic location and I highly recommend them.
